You acknowledge that you have read, and agree to the following terms:

1. Our audio products are designed solely for self-improvement, learning, motivation, relaxation, and experimentation;
2. You will not listen to any of our audio products while driving, or operating heavy equipment;
3. You will not listen to any of our audio products while under the influence of alcohol, or any other mood-altering substances;
4. The use of our audio products is not intended to replace medical or psychological treatment;
5. If you have a tendency toward seizures, auditory disorders, or adverse mental conditions, you will first consult your physician before listening to any of our audio products;
6. In the unlikely event that you experience any unusual physical or mental discomfort, you will immediately discontinue use of the audio product.
